I would rate Nate as an extremely capable and knowledgeable real estate agent. Given the condition of the house we were selling we were uncertain as to how to proceed. Nate guided us through the process expertly and made many excellent suggestions for getting the property ready to sell. Three elderly sisters owned the property, one of whom had a hearing impairment. Nate was very, very patient and understanding with us. He was obviously very knowledgeable about both the neighborhood and potential buyers. Should we need to sell or buy real estate in the future, Nate will be our first choice of real estate agent. |
